Who we share your data with
We engage external service providers in order to outsource certain tasks, who in the context of the provision of their services to us, if necessary and to the extent necessary, access and further Process your Personal Data. These service providers include IT and system administration services providers data hosting services providers, marketing communications agencies, IT support services providers, consultants, legal counsels, accountants and auditors. Personal Data may be shared with or accessed by other entities within our corporate group, strictly on a need-to-know basis, for purposes such as internal administration, IT support, customer relationship management or business development. To the extent required based on a legal obligation to which we are subject to, we may share Personal Data with law enforcement authorities, government authorities, competent independent regulatory/ supervising authorities, competent courts and other judicial authorities. If necessary and to the extent necessary, Personal Data may be shared with third parties involved in case of merger or acquisition or in connection with a commercial transaction, where we are seeking financing, investment, support or funding.

How long your personal information will be kept
Your Personal Data Processed for the aforementioned purposes will generally be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for depending on the Website functionality you interact with, e.g., if you request a demo or a meeting, for as long as needed to accommodate your request. If you maintain an account, we will keep your Personal Data for as long as you maintain the account active. If your Consent to receiving our newsletters, we will retain your Personal Data until you withdraw your Consent. Once the data Processing purpose is completed, we will delete your Personal Data, unless statutory retention requirements apply (e.g., to comply with regulatory and accounting requirements, or for the establishment or defense of legal claims).

International Data Transfers
In the framework of cooperation with the aforesaid recipients (under section “Who we share your data with”), any transfer of your Personal Data outside the EU/EEA for the purpose of achieving the above Processing purposes, due to sharing of Personal Data with them, will be based on an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or subject to suitable and appropriate safeguards and conditions to ensure an adequate level of data protection, e.g., data transfer agreements based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Transfers of Personal Data to other entities within our corporate group that are outside the EU/EEA are based on signed internal Agreements incorporating the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and have a Transfer Impact Assessment conducted (as required by the relevant data protection legislation, including GDPR). Your rights as per the data the website collects
Under the conditions provided in the relevant legislation, you have the following rights regarding the protection of your Personal Data:
- Right of access: You may contact us in order to be informed and receive explanations as to whether we process Personal Data that concern you, the categories of such data, as well as how we process them. You can also request a copy of your Personal Data which we process.
- Right to rectification: If you believe that your data are inaccurate or are missing, you have the right to request the rectification or the completion thereof.
- Right to erasure: Under appropriate circumstances, such as, when the data are no longer necessary or if you have withdrawn your Consent, you can request us to proceed with erasure of the data.
- Right to restriction of Processing: If you believe that your data are inaccurate or that Processing is unlawful or that we no longer need the data or you have objections to the automated Processing (if applicable), you have the right to request the restriction of Processing.
- Right to data portability: You may request to receive the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as to transfer those data to another organization (controller), which you will indicate to us.
- Right to withdraw your Consent: You may withdraw your Consent at any time, without your withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the Processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Considering the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of Processing, as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of Processing.
