The company showcased its advanced technology at the VOICE & AI Summit, including confidential, but high‑impact use cases like automating drive‑through voice ordering for a major quick‑serve restaurant. Vassos notes that Conversational AI is mature and since the public launch of ChatGPT in late 2022, companies of all sizes recognise AI’s practical enterprise value. However, concerns over deepfakes and fraud have prompted a technological arms race, using AI both to generate and detect malicious content.
