Omilia, a market leader in enterprise Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI), announced today that it has joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, enabling more enterprises to deliver customer service excellence.

Acceptance into the AWS ISV Accelerate Program provides Omilia with co-sell support and benefits to connect with AWS field sellers globally, who service millions of active AWS customers.

Omilia’s conversational, human-like speech-recognition, agent-assistance, and voice biometrics solutions reduce the amount of time agents spend handling routine tasks. With its easy-to-deploy speech-enabled virtual assistants and AI chatbots, Omilia is helping large enterprises deliver innovative customer self-service, reduce the risk of fraud and strip out unnecessary operational costs, without compromising on service quality.

Running on AWS, Omilia Cloud Platform (OCP) automates interactions on any customer service channel, in any of 30 supported languages. This reduces total interactions offered to agents by 30% or more. With the use of AI routing, voice biometrics, and auto call summarization, agent handle time is reduced by 60 seconds or more. Omilia takes billions of real customer interactions and distils them into specific speech models for thousands of customer service tasks, creating pre-trained, highly tuned AI models, able to deliver accuracy rates above 95%, right out-of-the-box. By leveraging proprietary Generative AI technologies, Omilia offers unprecedented natural language customer service automation experiences.

The AWS ISV Accelerate Program is a co-sell program for AWS Partners who provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS. Members are held to the industry’s highest standards and must undergo a comprehensive evaluation to gain acceptance into the program.
